PRICING OF SERVICES

Our legal services are based on time spent. Billing occurs in 15-minute increments. Each assignment is assessed individually, and if necessary, we will determine the client's eligibility for legal aid or the possibility to use legal expenses insurance.

HOURLY BILLING

Private clients and third sector operators

Price starting from €276.10 / hour

(€220 + value added tax 25.5%)

Companies and public entities

Price starting from €280.00 / hour

(Value added tax 25.5% will be added to the actions)

BILLING PRINCIPLES

We want our pricing to be transparent and predictable. Below are our main principles:

• Estimate: For larger assignments, we strive to provide an estimate of litigation costs and other expenses.

• Hourly rate: The hourly rate varies depending on the nature and scope of the case.

• Billing period: Billing occurs in 15-minute increments so that the charge corresponds as closely as possible to the time used.

• Advance billing: At the beginning of the assignment, we may request an advance payment as part of cost management.

• Legal expenses insurance: If the client has valid legal expenses insurance, we assist in utilizing it according to the insurance terms.

• Separate billing of expenses: We separately charge for expenses incurred in handling the assignment, such as travel expenses, document fees, and possible authority fees.
